Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on your region (3 to 14 days).



DELIVERY AREAS
We deliver worldwide: EU (European Union), North America, Central America, South America, Asia and Africa.

Due to legal restrictions and limitations, we cannot deliver to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you would like to make an exchange, please write to us at returns@yupsoul.com. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The item must not have been washed and must bear its original tags. Transportation is your responsibility.

Yupsoul is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment. We recommend using a secure shipping method with a tracking number.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund an item if it is not in new condition or unpackaged in its original box.

We will notify you by email of the receipt of the package.



DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS


You must contact us at returns@yupsoul.com within 14 days of purchase.

We will give you packing and shipping instructions. If the item is defective, we will offer you a replacement or refund the item price and the original shipping charges.
