EXCHANGE OR REFUND

  • Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you would like to make an exchange, please write to us at returns@yupsoul.com . Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. The item must not be washed and must bear its original labels. Transportation is your responsibility.

  • YupSoul is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend that you use a secure shipping method with a tracking number.

  • We reserve the right to refuse to refund an item if it is not in new condition or if it is not packaged in its original box.

  • We will notify you by email when we receive the package.
